We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, and the health details you submit with a question — as well as limited technical data (device type, browser, and usage analytics) needed to operate the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to route your question to an appropriate physician, deliver responses, improve our educational content, and maintain account security. We do not use your health information for advertising.
3. How We Protect Your Data
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 standards. Access is restricted to authorised personnel, and our systems are designed to be HIPAA and GDPR compliant.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We never sell your data. We share information only with the physician responding to your question, with service providers bound by strict confidentiality agreements, or where required by law.
5. Your Privacy Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time, and withdraw consent for processing. Residents of certain regions have additional rights under GDPR and similar laws.
